2025 RSC Graduation Fairs
Graduation Services is hosting two Graduation Fairs for students to attend and prepare for Commencement on May 9, 2025.
Date: March 25
Time: 1 pm – 6 pm
Location: Jeanie Webb Student Union

Time: 9 am – 2 pm
Location: Jeanie Webb Student Union
To participate in the Commencement Ceremony, students must:
- Check-in with Graduation Services to verify eligibility for Commencement
- Complete an Application for Graduation
- Order cap and gown with the Jostens representative; packages for class rings will also be available
RSC students and staff can take professional headshots with Genesee Photo. Appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome. Graduates can also pre-register for their official graduation photos for the commencement ceremony, which will be taken on May 9, at the same link. Visit Genesee Photo to register. Participants must not wear green in the pictures.
For those unable to attend one of the Graduation Fairs, Graduation Services will be in the Jeanie Webb Student Union Atrium on March 31 from 1 pm to 6 pm and on April 1 from 9 am to 2 pm to assist students with eligibility and cap and gown orders.
